With 1.26.0 SDK, you are able to animate your Story group cover to drive users' attention to any Story groups you want to highlight. All you need to do is update your SDK to 1.26.0 and let us know to enable this feature for you. We added this feature as a property for web Stories, and you need to add this property in your code.

We want your web stories to be incredible on every platform. That’s why we’ve been testing out a new view of web stories on the desktop. Today, we’re releasing the new desktop experience while adding a few handy improvements.
In this version, you can add an external link to the reminders of your countdown stickers. For example, you can create a Story with a countdown sticker and direct your user to web page, different Story groups, or any other screen in the app you want to take them to.
